Yes, it has a chance to be the GOTY based on what has been shown. That game is well polished as well and another game that Starfield will have to overcome IMO. My current GOTY based on what I have 'played so far' is Diablo IV. I have not played the new Zelda yet but every review seems to state its super well done and current GOTY.

Nintendo does a wonderful job of releasing games that are polished. Our only hope is that they get all of the game breaking ones unlike Cyberpunk. This game is way bigger than their other games so I just don't see that happening. Well this has the 'potential' to be GOTY but those of us who have played all of Bethesda games, they will need to make sure they do a heck of a lot better job with polishing and rid of bugs come launch.
